unknown autograph

Found this at an estate sale, The sweatshirt is a 1996 looney tunes rookie football theme. The signature shows # 8 and then the letters you see. Would like to figure out who it is. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks a bunch Eric, That's who it is. Must have been done in his college years with UCF as the dates fit with the sweat shirt.
