Should i just return it? No coa and or psa and im in 40.. But it looked just like someother snoop audographs But im no expert

Did seller say it had COA or PSA? If not you shouldn't expect it to show up with one or the other.

COAs are more often than not worthless. Anyone on the planet with a printer can make one. It's authentic, it's not or it's unclear. Hopefully someone with knowledge on Snoop's autograph will chime in.
