The whole thing, really, but especially the "Ba" and "R". Not his handwriting. None of it, in my estimation. At least the best that can be said of the majority of Ruth forgeries is that they are usually typically indicative of male handwriting, as is always Ruth's. But this one I'd expect to be signed by Mrs. Ruth and I don't recognize this as specifically hers either. Occupying the top position on the page opens the possibility that the Ruth may be a later addition to the rest, one thing for sure, it's certainly not Babe's hand that wrote this. And later additions aren't all too rare. That infamous, Halper 500 home run sheet with the worst Ruth forgery of all time was a much later addition, the paper, ink, and placement tell the whole story, as if a horrendous Ruth forgery isn't enough alone to tell the tale. I'll see if I can find it. Once seen, it's never forgotten. 8O

Well, give them partial credit for not putting "714" below "Babe Ceeth", maybe a & 1 and then the W on Mays would double up as a 4 :-)
If the B a and the "R" are not his, fairly safe to say neither is the rest.
The Gehrig would not also become somewhat suspicious would you agree?

The Gehrig is almost as odd as the Ruth, in fact, many of the signatures here trouble me, and my first impression on general overview is that many of the ones that stand out as troubling to me appear to be by the same one, possibly two writers. I see a lot of commonality here, strange as typically the signatures where I'm sensing a common author usually look unique when authentic.
The fact that so much of a % of the signatures here look like the same handwriting to me is the most troubling aspect, almost like an effeminized (open, airy, flourished) version of writing that is typically strong and masculine. Like the Ruth. What are the extra flourishes doing in there? The extra "tail" before the 'e' for starters? The exaggerated arc of the 't'-crossing, along with that extra back curl of the 'h'.

Bernie, were I the sole proprietor of an auction house, I would decline to accept this autograph album for auction. One red flag after another, and a lot of it common to one hand, in my estimation.
