Metallica and Ozzy... Authentic??

Hi everybody. Is there anybody out there who is very familiar with Metallica or Ozzy- autographs. If Yes, I would really appreciate your opinion on one or both of these..

Both items look good to me. I have seen numerous Metallica and Ozzy signatures. I recognize the San Francisco concert program. They signed several of these for that particular show.
