Is this Jackson Browne Signed LP Cover Authentic??

I does not look much like the Jackson Browne's that I have, just saying.

I was told by the seller that this was given out by the WEA Marketing department as a thank you to people who gave support on the album. It is a litograph signed by Jackson Browne. It also comes with the WEA letter . There is another lithograph "World in Motion" signed by Jackson Browne. I have decided to pick both up. Here is the pic for the "World In Motion"
