Ive seen this ball before & heard the store behind it But I thought the sigs were UNDER the "Spalding". Hope that helps. They DO look good though at first glance. Merry Christmas Steve!

What jumps out at me on this basketball is the MIchael Jackson signature.

I think the Michael Jordan signature looks good but the Michael Jackson signature has red flags.

The Love looks very similar to the more rushed style of Michael Bush we have just recently seen in the December 2012 auction.  All the letters are in the same plane.  As well, the entire signature is a style very similar to one we have seen in the most recent Juliens auctions.  I still haven't figured out if the signature is MIchael's or another more slower version of Michael Bush's version.

that was my first reaction. the Jordan looks good but the Jackson is suspect.

It could be the lighting, but the Jordan looks like it has some age and the Jackson looks like it is new.

This ball would have been signed by Jordan in 1992. Is this autograph fairly typical for the period?

I don't know Jordan well enough to give an opinion on this one. I'd love to see some no question genuine examples on a ball from the period, with an inscription. Thanks

No idea on the Michael Jackson. The Michael Jordan signature looks ok at first glance. That's a good "M". Here a couple other "best wishes" balls.
