I dont feel comfortable by looking at it...just by looking at the "E" in Elvis which is same height as the "L"..I say no. His "L" tend do be more prominent (bigger than the "E "in Elvis).

But wait and see what  other members think or you can also check with Rich Consola (best Elvis expert) and Roger Epperson.

I am dubious as the 'Levi's is on a slant, but the 'Presley' appears to be more upright. Elvis did tend to sign majority of the signatures in a line at the same angle.

V is wrong, s is wrong, y is wrong...and not due to an in person, rushed example. I would pass on this in my opinion.
