Looks like the Bret Michaels I have. Plus he sells a ton of signed stuff at his merch booth at concerts. This one was probably auctioned off. Also the guitar is a Bret Michaels custom guitar with his daughters names on the guitar near the sound hole. His daughters names are Jorja and Raine. I like it, I would buy it. Looks good to me.
