Bob Marley Signed Album From Antiquities of California

Started a purchase of a Bob Marley signed album. Uprising. Afterwards I started reading some horror stories of FAKES and bad dealers. I ended up here hoping that someone can steer me in the right direction. I have put half down on the Lp and actually got a little nervous when I started researching. What do I do?

Just attached file. I think.
Looks like it didn't make it. Click the second button above, next to LINK, to upload an image into here. Otherwise send it to me at editor@autographmagazine.com and I'll do it for you.

Antiquities' owner, Toby Stoffa, was a member her for a while. Here are some blogs she posted:

Excuse me...you said Antiquities of CA. That's owned by Brian Eck (my spelling may be off), who is Toby's son. The companies seem to operate very similarly, though, and may share inventory to a degree.
I was dealing with a salesperson by the name of John Waterman. He was a little pushy. I waited about 2 weeks trying to make up my mind.
He said the guy that does PAWN STARS autographs did the Marley.

I don't know Marley's autograph, but some here will. The authenticator I've seen most on Pawn Stars is AAU/Drew Max. AAU is an authenticator often used by Antiquities of Las Vegas. Autograph Magazine doesn't have faith in AAU's authentications.

REAL, Roger Epperson's rock authentication service, will give you a quick opinion for $15. Last I heard Antiquities didn't accept his opinion, or PSA/DNA or JSA's, but hopefully you're within the return period if you end up being uncomfortable with the authenticity.

Or if he pops online here he may give his opinion for free.

Thanks for your help. Hopefully everything works out for me. My first major purchase in the autograph world hopefully isn't going to be a nightmare!?
Unfortunately, that's something that happens way too often. There are a lot of honest, legitimate dealers out there—but the sellers of forgeries get to them first way too often. I'm not saying your piece is bad, I don't know. But I will say that a lot of what I've seen from both branches of Antiquities cause me concern.
What is the going rate for Bob autograph?
