The multi-signed items astound me. Between the cost of the item and the time/effort it took someone to sign them.... Isn't someone LOSING money with the bottom if the barrel prices they get?

No. They are profiting millions each year & it gets cut up between Coach's Corner, the forgers, the "experts" that sign their COA's and I hate to say it...probably the right people with badges and gavels.

Here are some more multi-signed baseballs up this month! This vintage Official American League Baseball (MacPhail, President) from Rawlings is cubed in VG condition with light toning evident. It is black ink-signed by this record-smashing pair of teammates, with 2 time AL MVP Roger Maris on the bottom panel and 3 time AL MVP and HOF'er Mickey Mantle adorning the sweet spot. The ball comes with a full LOA from forensic science expert Chris Morales, and values well into the low thousands! This 1980's Bart Giamatti NL ball is about Ex/Mt+ and comes ink signed by four of the games greatest EVER players. I see a sweet spot combo of Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle, a side panel signed by both Hank Aaron and Willie Mays, and grade is a Lee approved 8 or so. Perfect conversation ball as is, or add some more HOF signatures if you like. This well used vintage 1930's ball is red laced and comes black ink, sweet spot signed by BOTH Jimmie and Lou. Ball itself is only a 3-4, but the hi-value HOF signatures are strong 7's or better and can be seen easily from 14 feet away. Add in a "Rareandsigned.com" LOA and you have a real Cooperstown winner. This vintage, white-laced softball is in G/G+ condition, and comes black ink-signed by two legendary Pittsburgh Pirates figures. Included are WS winning Manager and HOF outfielder, Fred Clarke on the top panel, and original '36 HOF Inductee J. Honus Wagner across the sweet spot. Signatures grade 5's-6's each, and come RARE AND SIGNED.COM certified for authenticity purposes. A great Pirates piece, valued well into the thousands! This very old, red-laced softball is in F condition, and comes hand-signed in black by two of baseball's all time elite players. Included are Ty Cobb on the left side of the sweet spot and Tris Speaker on the right side, with a 6/5/38 dated inscription in the middle, and the ball comes R&S certified for authenticity purposes. A unique item, valued well into the thousands!

Fresh jet black ink going over the scuffs and cracking in the surface of the ball. It's like someone is not even trying. Makes one wonder if they were ever busted, would "satire" be the defense?
