The bogus COA is from Hollywood and Sports Memorabilia.

I have yet to see an authentic autograph with a COA from Hollywood and Sports Memorabilia.

Sellers of forgeries know that if they list their crap (forgeries) on EBay, they know the wannabe autograph collectors and suckers will purchase their garbage.

Ebay continues, as they have for the past twenty years, to profit from the sales of forgeries.
