I DO NOT know sports, but might that be some sort of Barry Bonds?

It might be former Royal/Met Brian Bannister. He looped his "b"s pretty big like that. Bonds never looped like that, at least not that I've seen- I have authentic Bonds, one form the late 80s and another form 2001, and neither look like that.
