I’m curious if David Bowie always signed a year with his autographs?

I saw this and am curious if it is geniune or fake because of the lack of year.

It is fake because it bears no resemblance to any genuine or forged signature I ever saw anywhere. VERY poor attempt. Among the worst. And this subject...highly desirable to many.
