The credit card transaction lists a "Chad Baldwin."

I got a Mick Jagger autograph from him. Sent it for authentication and they told me there is not a single metric that appears legitimate. 

He refused to refund. I filed a claim with Capital One, presented my failed verification documentation and Capital One sided against him in my favor.
