The presentation is hokey and the item looks overcooked. I'd ask for better images.

What is the seller's Return Policy?

Yes, I have seen them. The 11x14 should do well. I sold my 8x10 of the same image which hung in Carmine's in NYC for decades. . The other has condition issues as noted in the description but is a nice item. The photo is by Edith Sharpe for the Wm. Morris Agency.
