eBay seller has this John Wayne for $1169.99 - This is a secretarial, right?

It's the seller Pengang whose offerings come up for discussion here from time to time. 

I'm pretty sure that "o" in "John" (among other issues) gives it away as a secretary's work.

There's been some additional chat on another autograph forum about these secretarial John Wayne photos being sold by Pengang (and other questionable stuff in their eBay store as well). 

A trading partner of mine just received a seller offer of $360 off on this latest secretarial Wayne from Pengang.  I advised them to turn it down immediately.

They did.

For further reference, here's a better look at an authentic one.  It's from RRauction's archives.

The secretarially signed ones that Pengang has been selling don't compare.  Sales like this seem to be where he is getting the inspiration for his own listing prices from.
