This once again proves just how easy it is to sell forgeries on EBay.

The below forged Mickey Mantle baseball was listed and sold by Ebay seller Kgr13 for $300.00.

This is a common Mickey Mantle forgery from the 1990's that was mass-produced in the thousands.

Shop At Home sold hundreds of this-style Mickey Mantle forgery back in the 1990's.

What a waste of $300.00.  

For another $50.00 or so, the buyer could have purchased an authentic Mickey Mantle autographed baseball.

It is not surprising that more forgeries are sold on EBay on any given day than authentic autographs.

Forgeries are an easy sell on EBay because Ebay is heavily-populated with delusional autograph buyers and impulse buyers.

And Ebay, of  course, has profited big-time from the sales of forgeries for the past twenty years.

I will continue to expose Ebay sellers of forgeries.

This crap continues to infect our hobby and devalue the authentic autograph collections of true collectors.
