<p>I guess I can help a little on the army stamp issue. I have been an Elvis collector for years and specialised a little on his autographs. On several items I own from his military era, he used a stamp to mark his personal belongings or even autographed postcards.</p>
<p>You can see a photo of this stamp that he often used together with an "E.A.P." stamp.</p>
<p>So taking into account that this one is real, I hope it helps to disclose this autograph as a fake - together with…</p>

<p>of course i know there are high numbers of forgeries around but it's just strange to believe Elvis's fanmail from Germany has been handled that way (with a framed but forged signed photography). </p>

<p>Sorry, this does not look real to me. Possibly one of the Hans Baker forgeries. He was a well known Elvis forger and a lot have fooled people. The stamped/printed army numbers on the back look like something he did a lot.</p>
