Elvis Presley autograph RCA Victor promotional photo.

My wife purchased this item many years ago, its a Elvis Presley autograph rca victor promotional photo, signed on verso, "To Linda, Love ya, Elvis Presley". Also promo photo is stamped on the back "exclusive rca victor recording artist". Promo photo is from Moss photo services, inc, New York, NY.  Photo measures 3 1/2 " x 2 1/2 ".  The story goes that Elvis signed this for Luther Volz Jr, a Miami herald reporter in August 1956, the photo has a bit of a water stain bubble which is not increasing.  Could i get opinions on its authenticity of this signed piece.  Thanks!  Jake.
