<p>Rushed, unattractive and likely one of Fred's "signing using the someone's back as a signing surface" signatures but I'd say genuine. Being that it's on ripped paper, signed to an unknown person and all around unattractive and atypical, unless the seller is offering it for $200 or less, I wouldn't suggest buying it. This is the definition of low value and low quality. </p>
