I sold this, but accepted a return from the customer who insisted it is autopenned.  I consider this not worth spending money to get professionally authenticated.  I am curious though. What do you think?

This is a presentation photo of a presidential commission, professionally framed and matted, with the image on a card that keeps it well away from the glass.  The owner (who was the appointee and to whom this picture was addressed) had this on display in his store.

IANAE but I see stopping dots and maybe a hair of stuttering, but I also see varying pressure - or maybe the machine vaired the speed.

I believe it is an autopen.

I think it's a sec examplar. It does appear to have stop dots & stuttering as if signer is unsure, ect. IMHO

Definitely an autopen
Undoubtedly Autopen. Even without finding a match, you can see the Autopen "quivering/vibration" on the bottom loop of the G and the stem of the B.
