Derek, thanks for your insight it’s once again quite telling. You must have deeper pockets than I and not mind if someone is a victim of fraud but I hope one day soon you will understand the bigger picture we’re all fighting for here. Refunds do not make fraud and lies an acceptable business practice. I really hope your view on this situation is in the minority or else this whole hobby is doomed.

The last few comments on this thread remind me of the reason I wrote the thread about Anthony Nurse and those Charity Fundraiser scams. I got FIRED as a volunteer for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, because I told them they were auctioning fake autographs, and they did nothing about it. They didn't even notify the big spenders that bought these items, thinking probably, that Make a Wish got them in-person because of what they do. So yeah, YOU DO NOT get credit for giving refunds. You should notify EVERYONE that bought the autographed item.
