Hello my old friends!

Sorry for the poor quality of the picture but is what I have now...

As you can see.. I tried to magnify the picture but maybe it's worse.

What do you think?

Thank you very much!

Very hard to tell from the image.

I would imagine that is a printed signature as many of those cards would have been sent out.

Thank you, your answer is not so bad..

That means that if is not printed.. it looks real? Interesting..

I think he Richard is saying the image is poor and that this sort of generic card is often preprinted etc. You should search for other cards to see the same signature, or not.

Thanks!

I just realized you have the perfect name for this :) be suspicious! Always good when collecting.

A tribute to Elvis... but always a good advice! ;0)

The seller says is written, not printed...

Ok.. I found who is the addressee.

Mr. Max Borkum, founder of the Progressive Party and known as the best trader in Johannesburg Stock Exchange who died at 90 in 2007. It make sense..

I compared the greeting card with original letters:

I like it... Considering that the seller has a "satisfied or refunded" policy I decided to see the object.

I will update you. Thank you to all, my firends!

Matt

Finally the package arrived from South Africa today!

Here is the postcard (big!) with a dove in relief and the word peace. Within the wish of a new century of peace and equality in 4 official languages of S.A. there is the dedication is in a dark gray marker to "Max Borkum" one of the politicians of the white anti-racist party, an ally of the Mandela movement. The signatures of Graca Machel (wife) and Nelson Mandela are written with the same marker. I received a COA and I compared the letters of each word and the signatures with some certainly original documents and it seems to me all in order! What do you think? I like it!

With a complimentary copy of the first edition of "Long walk to Freedom" (1994)!
