Is this 1981 Ronald Reagan signature authentic? Thank you

Looking for help/opinions if this Ronald Reagan signature is authentic. I do have the original envelope the letter was mailed out in from the White House. Big Thank you for your time and for your help/expert opinions.

Looking at the photo, this letter is almost certainly pre-printed, or possibly autopen. Either way, I am absolutely certain that this is not authentic. A quick Google search comes up with a similar letter from 1981, and you'll notice that the two signatures are a 100% exact match, which means some form of machine or copy.
