Jimi hendrix monterey program signed real or not

So this was on ebay some time ago a Santa Monica artist son was selling it who had it signed a Monterey festival. I hope it hasn't been on forum before. Sold on ebay for 6500.

It did have Mamas and the Papas autographs, but I can't recall which ones.

What a steal for 6 grand, hendrix items are commanding a premium at the moment.
