Same type of Ebay trash as the guy who listed the forged Brian Johnson. This guy gets photos of the hottest names and biggest legends and just starts scribbling. Then he lists them all for 99 cents.

Honestly, looking at the listings, I wouldn't be surprised if siarc-0 and celebrity-76 were the same person.
