Latest mystery Waterstones preorder - any thoughts?

Just discovered the latest unlabelled/mystery Waterstones preorder:

Does anyone have any thoughts or suspicions?

A quick google seems to be suggesting Rochelle Humes, but surely Waterstones wouldn’t limit it to 1 per person (as they have) if it was?

Thanks! That’s what came up for me too when I googled - not entirely sure why they would limit to 1 per person for Rochelle Humes though?
