Lot of Michael Jackson signatures... real or fake? (Forger Erick Oswaldo McKay, Erick Mckay Burgos) marc-at2014, always-4-fun, bluelifesaver, disneycolector eBay names

Hope I'm asking this in the right section...
I've recently bumped into this person's little collection of MJ sigs...

My concern is that all those sigs look too similar... I'm thinking they're signed by the same person, but I'm stumped as to if they're really Michael.

An ebay seller by the name of mmmny is selling an Erick McKay/Michael Jackson forgery - and he lists as getting it in person. Nope.

Michael Jackson boldly signed autograph. It was obtained in person and signed on a Neverland Valley 4 page brochure that has a breakfast menu on the back and two blank pages in the middle. Measures 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Signed with green sharpie. Clean and beautiful.
