Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. Stephen Duncan has referred to this as a 'win-win' situation. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website ( I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits( John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Anyone know a mailing address for Jeff Skunk Baxter of the Doobie? Does he sign ttm?

Good deal considering they sold out at PledgeMusic for $40 each.

Lindsey gave some pretty nice autographs on these.

Lorde has just released a video explaining that she is still trying to finish signing her lithos. She added that she did not wish to use an autopen as it would be a breach of trust. Very well said!!!

Yeah, I just got an email saying to expect them in late Nov. That's fine - she had to sign TONS and given what happened with Demi & Lana, Lorde is looking like a saint right now.

Can't believe her marketing people didn't cap the orders.. You can bet this is the last time it happens lol.

They did, but it was based on time and not quantity. They may have miscalculated the response.

Considering each lithograph was sold with a digital download of the album, I would think that should count towards album sales. In the long run, you would think it would make signing all of these worth it.

Take that Demi Lovato. Lorde has just gained all kind of levels of respect and coolness in my book.

About Lana Del Rey, if her word is anything to go by, she tweeted that every signed album is real

Yeah, we know. That was almost more disappointing than the forgeries.
