Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. Stephen Duncan has referred to this as a 'win-win' situation. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Ridiculous a British Artist and Newbury won’t ship this one to Britain!

the same has happened with UK bookstores not shipping to America

True but they don’t ship to the USA at all, Newbury Ship Some Items to the U.K. But not others... they should either ship all or none too.

I would use bundlebox but they charge a lot more than you pay for the actual items, they wanted over $95 to ship 2 Mccartney Egypt Station LPs costing $65....

Thanks! I was literally looking for him last night and all I could find was a $800 lithograph.

I can get you a dire straits LP with Knopfler on it but the rest is the wrong line up on the LP lol

Thanks.  That's the case with almost all bands - very few "vintage" lineups are left.

Has anyone received the Knopfler-CD or a message for shipping or something like that? Still waiting...

Yes i received mine a couple days ago

Hm...Ok, Thank you.

Thanks for the heads up on E. Spalding. I dig her stuff.

Mark Knopfler is great in person. He usually says "only 3 items per person" but that's cool (and he uses his own Sharpie). A nice, unique looking signature, too.

Lindsey Buckingham - Anthology 6 LP and signed print:

Damn. They make you buy 6 LP’s to get the graph. Brutal!
