<p>The seller says he'll pay for the Zarelli opinion if he fails it.</p>
<p>The seller also has several big name NASA sigs for sale at very decent prices which has my eye for now.</p>

<p>That appears a very early 1960's signature if genuine - why/how on a 1969 FDC? It appears a little mechanical (could be the paper or scan) but doesn't appear to match known early Autopen styles. Steve Zarelli would be the man to ask.</p>
