I purchased from the US. I did buy other cd's but the one stated was free. Just $10 postage to US (super cheap). They may cancel my order at a later date though.

I didn't think they'll cancel your other, paid items. It's the free one that's UK/EU only. If you only ordered the free one, probably they'd cancel. But, I don't they'll cancel your order. If anything, they may just leave out the free one. I probably will put in an order too. If I buy two or three cd's I don't really need the "hits" CD/download.
