<p>First, a thank you to all of you that took an interest in my situation. As an update, today I received in cash a little over 20% of my original payment with promise that more will be forthcoming. I still believe it is unrealistic to expect a full recovery but this is initial payment gives me some comfort. </p>
<p>I still have the cards and when I examine them I am amazed at just how good a forgery they represent. At some point they will be destroyed. Now, I only buy cards graded and…</p>

I know what you are probably thinking but i think it is the Christian in me that wants to believe this fellow. If it does go all bad I will name the House so that others are aware.</p>

<p>Why not name the house? For future reference you can get opinions from PSA/DNA <em>before</em> you bid on anything. Sorry this happened to you. No guarantee, no COA/LOA, "as is" and the rest of that verbiage - bad mix. </p>
