The ohers in the book i want but are worth just over half what i paid so will try and do a deal with auction house rather lose the others

Reading the terms, I can't imagine the auction house giving you some money back. It's worth asking though. Failing that phone your bank. Failing that go to the citizens advice.

I'd read them again. See what he agreed to. See what they say in the terms.

The terms are quite clear. A deal? That won't be happening. They wanted your money and got it. Unless the card suggestion works I believe this is finished.

One last point. Before you placed your bid was you asked to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions?

The Rolling stones autographs:
Bill Wyman and Keith Richard are genuine… Also Keith has signed for Brian, Mick and Charlie.
