They just gave you guys refunds? They told me they are going to look into it and get back to me.

despite telling me they would give a return label if I wanted a return - in which I told them I would like to return the items - they have also asked me to be patient as they are now looking into it.....
I too filled out a form report with State of Ca.
I also called my credit card company and disputed the charges.

Trouble is now these are arriving over Christmas and my forwarding company charges for storage for anything after a set number of days so not only i will be out of $7 per package to handle the return but any time after the free holding will cost me too. I probably can not claim it back as it was a USA only.
I do wonder if they will avoid all the returns and issue refunds without return then I'd only be paying the forwarding fee to buy the vinly and cd. But while we wait it will cost money to wait.

My record is arriving any minute now. Do you guys suggest opening it or keeping it sealed? For the sake of a refund and/or claim.

Yep, keep it sealed, send them an email, get a return label and boot back out the door. That is what I did. Mine is long gone thank god.
