A real one would be at least $1500-$2000 and up yet this eBay seller: rd421smith2012 

(aka Billy and Ruth Smith from Florida) keep coming up with endless supplies of Springsteens with never an explanation of where or when they were signed.  I've certainly seen worse forgeries so a novice collector could easily be fooled.
