I'm inclined toward not real.  Can you tell what sort of ink is this?  Also, what's the quality of the photograph...vintage or a later repro?

it's not a obvious fake but maybe printed?  you could ask david tomlinson and you can find him when you google ''laurel and hardy autographs david tomlinson'' his email address is on that site you will find.
