Star Wars Collectors Unite!

I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

I have never seen the "F" looped in such a way.  I agree with Pete and Mike T.  The autograph is atypical.

I would actually be willing to pay up to $1000 for that item Mike T.  If you eventually add a Steven Spielberg autograph to it you may find it to be a good investment one day.

I am becoming more and more concerned about the authenticity of this autographed Raiders poster since I first saw it yesterday.  Are you sure about this one Mike T?

What concerns you Mike?  The signatures are a bit rushed, especially the Lucas, but they look fine to me.

They appear to be signed by the same hand, perhaps even with the same marker.  The first red flag occurred when I began to compare the "J" of the John Rhys-Davies autograph to the "F" of the Harrison Ford autograph.  I also agree about the George Lucas autograph.  The parallel form of it concerns me.

The seller does have video proof of it being signed by Allen, Davies and Lucas.. as for the others, I don't think there's much similarity there, williams especially is pretty dead on.  I have no reason to doubt the seller, he is a pretty well known in person collector.

Sounds good.  Just make sure that the video proof matches with the actual item and you should be fine.
