Ted Williams autographed ball...real?

I wanted to buy this ball from someone, he said the COA got lost. Does it look real to you? I have no problem sending it for authentification if I know it's real

PSA will do a "quick opinion for ~ $15. If you send it to them, they credit the quick opinion
