This does not look real.  Williams only signed the .406 for a limited edition with his Upper Deck contract.

Thanks Steve. Family member purchased several Williams, Mantle, and DiMaggio balls from Big Star Autographs out of Plano Texas back in 2000. Apparently all are no good.
