This somewhat ugly PSA/DNA cut of the icon Sir Mick Jagger sold for $745. It shows up as having sold for $799.99, but the Best Offer Accepted price was $745.

I have consistently been seeing simple cut autographs of Mick Jagger and Paul McCartney sell on eBay in the neighborhood of $800. So their autographs on pretty much anything else should only be worth more.

Anyway, here's the link if anyone is interested, and there's a pic below.

Presspass really is one of PSA's buddies. They have have two more Mick cuts up for $899 each. I'm not even sure if they are real. Check this out:

Here's the other one.

What I don't like is all the questionable PSA Presspass stuff once sold and resold, people will accept as good. These guys are the ones that get lines and circles and various scribbles all "authenticated" by PSA. You send a checkmark or scribble to PSA and they would laugh at you. But Presspass  Hmmmm.

Yeah they definitely got an in with the greedy, blind eye folks at PSA.

You can pick up a decent Mick Jagger for $150 a decent paul mc for $300 i wouldnt pay anymore than that

And where do you find these prices? On eBay, it's extremely rare to find any Macca offered for less than $750, and usually those are cuts mind you. If you make an offer for $300, most sellers will tell you to get lost. And generally, I find Mick prices pretty similar, which is about right since I personally find Mick to be about equal in iconic stature to Paul. Of course, it's also about available supply.
150 for a decent Mick is indeed a bit exxagerated. But paying 800 for a signed cut is a bit ridicolous imo. Maybe if you have too much money or no time to search a bit. But if you have too much money, I doubt you will we going for these kinda pieces. But it's all personal taste I guess.
I agree with everything you say, Bjorn. Some people will always pay too much because they feel they have to have it "now". Once in a great while a person might find an incredible deal. Twice from pawn shops I've gotten ridiculously great prices on authentic items, but that's a rare event.

i may have been a bit light on the Paul Maccartney say$400 and $175 on a Mick you can pick them up all day long for that at smaller auction sites especially a rough cut like that one , i still think a McCartney will be double the price of a Mick Jagger though my personal taste would be Mick

though i wouldnt sleep if id paid $750 for that cut

Agreed. No way would I pay $750 for that cut either, which I'm not even positive is authentic.
