I guess that we should complain with them and ask for a return or a refund since we got identical cards for each different cover, claiming that with “After Hours” we got different covers at least. It doesn’t make sense to make different signed covers if you get the same card with all of them. Glad I didn’t order the indie cover. This will be all over eBay and etc…

My shipment from his US store just arrived, 

I ordered the standard cover and Collectors Version 2 - received two sealed CDs in jewel cases, no separate art cards.  

Hoping to leave unopened for the moment, Are these signed on the back cover of the booklets?

They’re inside the cases…prepare for the same art card in both

Received my copy today from Recordstore.co.uk.  The art card comes in a sealed, plastic wallet, separate from the factory-sealed CD:
