Not new but recently rediscovered...
Here is a fun one from musician Pete Townshend.
About twenty years ago I wrote to him about his decision to deny Michael Moore the use of a Who song in one of his movies. I was living overseas when I wrote to him so he probably thought I was a Brit, hence the playful little dig at Americans.
