The rules are at the top of the group's main page.

We have new rules for this group, Greig. I sent the members of the group an email regarding them on Oct. 14. If it's independently authenticated or from a respected private or licensed signing, then nothing is needed. Otherwise get an OK in the Forums first.

BTW, please post items for sale in this group's discussion forum. Thanks

Why Steve? Anyone who knows these signatures can tell they are authentic?

Greig,

If your LP doesn't have a TPA COA, please post in the Forums for opinions first. Thanks

The longer the guarantee the better. If you're a dealer, please don't offer less of a guarantee than you normally offer.

Hi Pauline,

Thanks for asking that question. Members are welcome to sell things privately. Both parties should remember to be careful about authenticity and follow the rules of safe buying and selling.

A very high percentage of our members are ethical and only want to sell genuine autographs, represented correctly. I have heard of a few times, though, mostly years ago, where a member bought an autograph from another member thinking that they could trust the seller, and the seller was not trustworthy. That's happened at least once, 6-7 years ago, with a several thousand dollar autograph.

People who knowingly sell forgeries as genuine are committing theft through fraud. They are in the business of lying, and many are excellent at it.

Hi Steve, just wondering if all transactions through this site are meant to be done publicly - I am currently talking about selling my Pretenders autos privately. Is it better to put the discussion in Buy Sell Trade?
