i got a pre-printed signed Barack Obama 1 page letter on official white house stationary a few weeks ago. i'll post/upload it if anyone is interested; if so please let me know, thanks...
I got autographs ttm from judith light, elliot sadler, and americas most wanted john walsh. I will really miss this show after all these years! Also got my order from elmers nostalgia of a autograph of billy gray who played billy batson on the 70s series shazam.
I got an autograph ttm mail from american pickers and a listia win of a autograph picture of singer tyler hilton. So far july has been a bang for autographs!
Its been a very slow week for me as far as autographs go. I have only received 2 this week. I did get one today via e-mail request. I usually don't send e-mail requests, but desparate times call for desparate measuses! Steve Hackett - Singer / Guitarist - info@hackettsongs. com
I got autographs ttm from music legend fats domino and linsay vonn. I also got my order from tna wrestling cosisting of autographs of rvd, mr. anderson, mickie james, aj styles, jeff jarrett, and others.
I had a better mail day today! I received e-mail requests from Anne-Sophie Mutter and Rebekka Bakken. I also received a couple of Listia auctions af a real nice Foghat autographed picture courtesy of my good buddy Bob Baab! I also won a pretty beat up signed pic of the 1993-94 Cleveland Cavaliers dance team. Pretty good way to end the mail week though!
@ Eric. Listia is an online auction site wher you bid for credits instead of with money. Although, more and more people are charging for shipping. Here's a link if you would like to check it out. http://www.listia.com/signup/79324
Philip...Falk and Bosley are not on the July 9 Subscriber Exclusive Celebrity Addresses list. You must be looking at one of the earlier lists under it.
Got ttm last week Jack Larson (Jimmy Olsen) and Phyllis Coates (Lois Lane). Both responded within a week. Jack signed 2 items, one vintage print signed by Noel Niell (Lois Lane) and another signed by Noel and Christopher Gerard (Adventures of Superboy). Phyllis wrote back to me that she no longer has prints from "Superman and the Molemen" and if I had any extras if I could send them to her. Would if I could but I don't have any more. If anyone can help her out I can supply the address.
I sent John Travolta a 12" single for "Perfect" (with Jamie Lee Curtis in the photo). John signed it with his full name. He also sent me an inscribed black & white photo which was inscribed with my first and last name. He also returned the money I sent for return postage. Now I just need an address for Jamie Lee Curtis so I can see if she'll sign the cover also. I sent it out on 4-4-11 so it took just about 3 months to get back.
Very disappointed this weekend. Got back my Hall of Fame plaque card of baseball Hall of Famer Rollie Fingers unsigned, along with a note that said he received my envelope with no money in it, and to send the plaque card back with $15. I know with 100% certainty I put $10 in there, because I always check my envelopes before mailing them out to make sure it has all I need in there. Has anybody else experienced this before? I am starting forum on this subject and would like the hear from anyone on where I might have gone wrong.
Where do I star. 3 packages today. All disapointments. First off, I received a signed book that I won off of Listia. It is signed by the author, but it is also personalized to Kimberly! GRR! I hate that! I specifically asked the seller if it was personalized! I guess I'll be re-listing it!
Secondly, I got an e-mail request from Frans Duijits. It came to me with a severly smeared signater. This one is going right in the trash!
Lastly. The worst one of them all. Someone on another group was looking for Nascar addresses and listed a C.M. Punk address in exchange. Well, I posted a list of 4 good Nascar addresses to help him out. And I sent out "C.M. Punk" a card to sign. I got my sase back today with my card unsigned and a note written on my note that reads: "No one lives here with this name! Further mailings will be thrown away!" The least they could have done was write "refused" on my original envelope and not wasted my stamp.
Here is the address that I used: Phillip Brooks ("C.M. Punk")
I finally received my "Lost in Space" poster back today from and signed by June Lockhart. I had mailed it to her on May 19 and it arrived at her post office box and a notice left in the box on May 21. I had an e-mail spam sent to my in-box on July 5, and found out at my post office on July 6 that the poster had finally been picked up/delivered by/to June Lockhart on July 5. She signed her name and her character's name in silver Sharpie just as I had requested.
Yes, Bob. $20.00 for each signature but I sent her extra for the poster as I've had the other cast members already sign it and I've heard she charges extra for group signed items. Also sent enough for return postage along with the return pre-addressed label for the cannister tube I sent it in. Write to her June Lockhart; P.O. Box 3207; Santa Monica, CA 90402 and you'll receive a price list of items she has.
I was saddened to hear of his passing! I got his autograph one other time ttm a few years back and he went the extra that time as well. There is supposed to be a new gilligans island movie in developement but Mr. Schwartz will be missed!
I got a great Listia win today in the mail! I received a sweet signed 8x10 of former St. Louis Cardinal Bake McBride! I have wanted his autograph for as long as I can remember and I have never been able to track down a valid address for him. Now I can stop looking, because i got this one! Awesome!
I got Katherine MacGregor to send me 2 signed index cards, a 5x7 color photo that she inscribed along with her answering my question on the hand written letter I sent. It only took from July 2 to July 12 to get a response. Guess Ms. Olsen's not so bad afterall.
Hey! You're very welcome Bob! I am always happy to share successful addresses with members of the group! I got a couple to share with you all today. First off, I got 2 signed 4x6 pics and a great signed note from singer Greet Bijma via an e-mail request. info@greetjebijma.nl secondly, I got another disapointing Listia auction. I won 2 signed cds from MC Magic. Unfortunately, they are personalized "2 Lindsay". I hate when people don't list the autograph as personalized! It would save me a lot of credits and postage when I have to re-list them!

Yesterday I got the autograph of former football great, Billy Martin. Billy was a All-American receiver at Georgia Tech in 1963, and played for the Bears, Falcons, and the Vikings from 1964-1968.
Yesterday's mail brought me the autograph of Hockey Hall of Famer, Bryan Trottier. Bryan was a mainstay for the New York Islanders, was the Hart Trophy winner in 1979, and helped guide them to 4 Stanley Cup championships. He also won 2 Stanley Cups when he played with the Penguins, and 1 when he coached with the Avalanche. He's a true hockey legend.
Yesterday was a huge, Huge, HUGE autograph day! Probably my biggest ever in my 18 years of collecting. Got 4 really nice ones: (1.) John Sage, who played on the defensive line at LSU in the early 1970's, and founder of Bridges to Life, a non-profit restorative justice organization that specializes in helping crime victims gain closure from their perpetrators, (2.) Chris Hanburger, former Hall of Fame linebacker for the Washington Redskins from 1965-1978, (3.) Adam West, the original "Batman" from the TV show that ran on ABC from 1966-1968, and finally, the big one (4.) John Glenn, the first American and 3rd person ever to orbit Earth. Got some sports, got a little entertainment, and got a piece of history in my mailbox yesterday.
I got a Listia win in today. I received signed Hero cards of Elliot Sadler, Jason Keller, and Todd Bodine! I have been waiting on these for a month! Turns out that the seller got my zip code wrong and it was lost in the mail! Thank you to the United States Postal Service for delivering my package to me!
