TTM 2 for Tuesday!
First, Governor of North Carolina, Pat McCrory signed my card.
Next, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie sent me an unsolicited autographed photo!
I had sent him a card some time ago which he graciously signed. Must have thought that I needed his pic too! No complaints here!

I got an autograph ttm from actor gorge Garcia today!

Got 4 really nice autographs this week: baseball players Jayson Nix and Scott Moore, football Hall of Famer Willie Roaf, and NASA astronaut Chris Cassidy. Jayson is a really good utility player who helped the Royals win the American League championship last year. Scott is with the Memphis Redbirds right now in the Cardinals organization. Willie was a 1992 All-American tackle at Louisiana Tech, and an 11-time Pro Bowl selection in the NFL, gaining Hall of Fame status in both the College and Pro Football Hall of Fames. Chris was a mission specialist on NASA's space shuttle mission STS-127, and a flight engineer on Expedition 35/36 of the International Space Station. He performed 6 different space walks during his 2 missions in space, and even did an unplanned one to go fix an emergency amonia leak during Expedition 35.

Friday' mail included a bummer from, Maryland Governor, Larry Hogan. He  didn't return my card, but sent a form letter and some swag that will end up on Listia.
Saturday was much better as I got a return from, the legendary Loretta Lynn. She signed my Autograph Times magazine beautifully!

Today's mail brought another addition to my growing astronaut collection, pilot of the Space Shuttle Discovery for NASA's STS-131 mission, Jim Dutton. Jim's expert flying skills were critical to the success of this mission, as it was the mission that carried the Minus Eight Degree Labratory Freezer, a Window Orbital Research Facility, and the Muslce Atrophy Resistive Exercise, to the International Space Station. This is still standard equipment that is being used on the ISS to this day.

I got a nice resonse ttm from teddy long who signed 3 trading cards for me.

Harley Race signed cards and NWA President, R. Bruce Tharpe signed 2 of 2 both to my son.
Even though I did ask for him to sign one to each of us.
It would have also been nice for him to spell my son's name right.
Some smudging where the picture got wet.

I got an autograph ttm from the taskmaster himself kevin Sullivan. I asked him who his favorite was to work with which he replied was dusty Rhodes.

One ttm today from, NXT Diva, Carmella.

Huba huba, Russ! Nice one of Carmella. :) This weekend's mail brought the autograph of former baseball player, Alan Bannister. You may recall a few weeks ago that I got his brother also, Floyd, in the mail. Alan was a beast in college, setting the NCAA record for hits and RBI in a season, and being named an All-American twice while at Arizona State. He went on to have a nice pro career, hitting for a .270 average over 12 seasons from 1974-1985. He was inducted into the College Baseball Hall of Fame in 2010.

I got a nice response ttm from actress Joanna Cameron. She was famous for the role of the Saturday morning 70s tv series mighty isis. I have fond memories of this show along side the shazam tv series of the 70s as well.

Got two Friday: former astronaut Bob Crippen, and former pitcher Jeff Ballard. Bob is a true space pioneer, as he flew the very first space shuttle mission. This was a big deal, as NASA elected to try flying the shuttle without ever first attempting an unmanned test flight of their new vehicle. Not knowing if the shuttle would work, fly perfectly, or end in disaster, Bob, along with moon walker John Young, bravely took the space shuttle Columbia up in to space on April 12, 1981, and ushered in a new era of space exploration.

Jeff was a really good pitcher for that fantastic 1989 Baltimore Orioles team that gave the Toronto Blue Jays all they could handle for the American League eastern division championship that year. Jeff went 18-8 that season, was the American League Pitcher of the Month for April, and finished the year in top 5 in the AL in wins and games started.

The only ttm that I';ve had since Monday and it was a lousy R.T.S. from Ryan Hurst. Fanmail.biz had it listed as a success back in October 2014 when I sent it out. 8 months later, no good.

Good mailday for Monday.

Next, Bobby Hull signed a Sports Pages page for me as well as some trading cards!

Lita Ford returned my pin-up and one of the 5 trading cards back to me unsigned, but did send a signed pic.

Kansas City Titans wide receiver, Liz Sowers signed my card, sent a nice letter and included a certified autograph card of her own! She even put it in a semi-rigid holder!

Ronkia Toombs of the Miami Fury signed my card on the back with ball point pen.
Disappointed as I don't collect cards signed on the back. Hopefully, it will fetch a few credits on Listia.

I got autograph successes ttm from actress Olympia Dukakis and dr. kathrn thorton.

That is insane, Bob! I got Dr. Thornton in the mail today, too!

For those of you who might not know about her, Dr. Kathryn Thornton became the 2nd American female, and 3rd female ever, to conduct a spacewalk on May 14, 1992. Then, aboard NASA's STS-61 mission that serviced the Hubble Space Telescope, Dr. Thornton performed 2 more spacewalks that set the world record for female spacewalks at 3, which was a record that stood for 14 years until Sunita Williams broke it in 2007. She has an amazing story, and because of her, we have a totally different view of our universe today than when we did 20 years ago.
