    JUST SICK DAVE !!!!!!!

  • Jeffery Kite

Yesterday's mail brought me the autograph of former Florida State fullback, Tanner Holloman. Tanner was a good, solid fullback in that offense FSU had in the 1980s, and his shining moment came in his senior year when he rushed for 36 yards, and scored on a 10-yard run to put the 1986 All-American Bowl out of reach against Indiana.

  • Russ Robinson

Great returns guys! I love seeing the vintage signed cards.

@ Jeffery. Nice return. I love the little history lessons that you give with your successes! We should start calling you the Professor!

    Marc, I use this one:

    http://www.sportscollectors.net

HUNDREDS of baseball, football, basketball, hockey, golf, NASCAR, tennis, etc. addresses on there. They have a free version, and one you can pay $14.99 a year for. I have used the pay version the past 3 years, and it has been well worth it.

  • Jeffery Kite

Today's mailbox brought "The Professor" autographs of some of greatest University of South Carolina Gamecocks of all-time. First was former wide receiver William Jones Andrews, who led the team in yards-per-catch in 1987, bettering some guy named Sterling Sharpe by 2 yards a catch! Next was former All-American defensive back, Bobby Bryant. Bobby was named an All-American by the New York Times in 1966, and went on the play in 4 Super Bowls for the Minnesota Vikings. Also I got an autograph from former All-American tennis star, Bobby Held. Bobby was a fantastic NCAA tennis star in the 1960s, winning the ACC Doubles title in 1967, and the ACC Singles championship in 1968. And finally, I got an autograph from 2-time All-American golfer, Steve Leibler. Steve was an All-American in 1979 and 1980, and went on to be one of the best amateur golfers ever in the USGA.

  • Russ Robinson

Great returns, Professor! Keep 'em coming!

  • Russ Robinson

Sorry for the lack of posts this weekend. It's been pretty busy! I've got some new ttms to show you, as well as, IPs from Connxtions Comedy Club, S.G.P.W.A women's wrestling, TXWE, and H.O.G. wrestling! Pics will probably be up Monday.

  • Lee Parmerter

Today's mail brought this pic signed by Director of '61 Billy Crystal. I had already gotten it signed IP by Thomas Jane who played Mickey Mantle in this great baseball flic.

  • Russ Robinson

I got a lousy r.t.s. for an address that I had for Francisco Liriano. I got it out of Jack Smalling's book. Money well spent. I've gotten more r.t.s. than successes!

  • Russ Robinson

Today, I received my Toledo Walleye card of Kevin Harvey back unsigned from the Elmyra Jackals. Included was a note from someone with the organization saying that Harvey played his last game with them in February and that she just found my letter unopened. I'm glad that I got my card back, I just wished that they didn't use my sase. It was gone 77 days.

  • Robert Babb

I got autos ttm from dixie carter, jane fonda, mickie james . From swagbucks i received another autograph picture of manraze autographed .

  • CEE GEE

Great return LEE...one of my favorite movies of all time...

Russ...I am surprised you have had bad luck with Smalling...I have a pretty goos rate with the new book but then again have not used it much....

    Nice stuff Rob...

I am on the skids...I knew this was coming...havent pumped any out in a while...but staking up my unsigned items which I usually dont and send them all in one clip...its going to be a dessert in my box for some time...I have been to busy...

  • CEE GEE

Not exactly a true TTM...but since I did get this in the mail Iam going to post it here since I have had not got anything in in a while...its a picture of me and Dwight Gooden I sent in to Steiner Sports to get signed last Friday night at a in person show...since I did not go I sent it in for payment and it came back in today...

  • David Jackson

Bad ass Chris! and the chair is in the shot too! WIN!

  • Russ Robinson

Today, I got 4 of 4 from Rafael Belliard. Don Lee Signed 3 of 2 for me. He sent an extra signed postcard, but unforyunately he signed that and 1 of my card son the back, so I will be offering those up fortrade or put them on Listia. I also got a R.T.S. from an address that I had for Lou Ferrigno. Someone had written "return to sender address" and "no such address" on my envelope, but the envelope was opened and then taped up! I didn't think that you could return mail if it had been opened already. Oh well, at least I got my cards and SASE back.

  • Robert Babb

I got an autograph ttm from movie director john landis. Sorry to here about lou ferrigno but i do not think he will sign ttm unlessyou get it off his website russ! or in person.

  • Russ Robinson

That's probably what happened. He opened it up and saw that there was no check in it, so he crudely taped it up. Hopefully he didn't use the same marker to sign for the paying customers as he did to cross out his address and write on my envelope!

  • Robert Babb

I got an autograph ttm from toni basil today!

  • Russ Robinson

  • FL Oriole

I sent out some baseall card requests during Spring Training. I got my first auto back in the mail today!  This is my first time ever requesting an autograph via the mail, so I'm pretty excited. I scored a Cliff Lee auto.

  • Russ Robinson

@ Fl Oriole. Great success! Welcome to the hobby. It's addictive!

@ CEE GEE. I am so glad that you got your little care package. I noticed that everyone's mail was kind of slow lately, so I wanted to help out some of my good friends. And although your offer to return the favor is extremely generous, it is totally unnecessary.

  • Russ Robinson

  • CEE GEE

    Awesome Burkes bro....LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!

  • K D H

I am looking in to trying TTM autographs for the first time since I was a kid. Do y'all have any advice on how best to package a baseball for TTM autographs?

  • Robert Babb

I got an auto ttm from mary mccormick and from swag bucks boo boo stewart signed autograph picture.

  • Russ Robinson

  • Robert Babb

    awsome russ!

  • Jeffery Kite

KDH, I have had some great success with the small bubble mailers that are big enough for a baseball to go in. They look like little plastic bags. I buy mine from the mail/stationary section at the grocery or drug store (depends on who has them on sale for the week!) The usually run anywhere from $0.71 - $0.99, and the postage to mail them that way is about $2.75 per mailer. The ink does not rub on the baseball coming back, and I can't think of a better, more cost effective way to send baseballs TTM.

  • CEE GEE

Great Walker Russ...love the baseball returns...

  • CEE GEE

Was not expecting this one bit...purchased Bobby Richardson's pictorial magazine he had sent me a ordering form from my last TTM...Bobby has been very generous to me and since he signed so many times for me I wanted to purchase his book to show him my appreciation...I sent him a nice letter thanking him for signing for me and wanting his book...out of the kindness of his heart he signed the cover....wow...that was so nice...totally love it...first TTM in 13 days...and unexpected auto at that...

  • Robert Babb

I got a nice autograph return from jim davis of garfield fame!

Had a truely AWESOME mail day yesterday. Start with this one first, a signed Notre Dame Collegiate Collections card from former All-American lineman, George Kunz. George was a part of that great 1966 National Championship team at Notre Dame, and went on to play several different positions along the offensive line, culminating in an All-American performance at tackle in 1968. He went on to a great pro career in the NFL with the Falcons and Colts, being named to 8 Pro Bowls.
