Yesterday, I scored another Pro Football Hall of Famer, in the name of one Harry Carson. Harry was one of the greatest all-time linebackers in the history of the NFL, playing for the New York Giants from 1976-1988. He didn't light up the stat book (only 19 sacks and 11 interceptions for his career,) but he was the ultimate run stopper for the Giants, which freed up fellow Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor to wreak havoc on the opponent's passing game. He was a major part of that great Giants team in 1986 that would go on to win Super Bowl XXI. Another thing Harry was noted for was teaming with Giants nose tackle Jim Burt as the co-inventors of the now famous "Gatorade Shower," which every winning football coach knows all to well!

I got an autograph ttm from the little mermaid herself jodi benson! I was also saddened to hear about the passings of sherman hemsley and chad everett who was born in south bend indiana.

I got a response ttm from actress melissa mcbride of the walkiing dead series and from swagbucks i got an autographed picture from brian gaskill.

Dang Bob! You and the Professor are on fire lately! Nothing in my mailbox in about a week. Thank God for Indy wrestling and thrift stores. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have any sigs to collect at all!

I got autos ttm from roy thinnes of the 60s scfi series the invaders and actress valerie bertenelli!  I believe this is the first week as a collector that i have gotten autos 5 days in a row which i am very thankful! If any one wants roy thinnes address let me know because he goes above and beyond awsomeness as a signer!

Very cool on that Roy Thinnes TTM signature, Robert.  I remember watching that series (only lasted two years) back in the late 1960's.  I have it on DVD now. 

Mr. Thinnes also played in a few episodes of the X-Files.

The Professor wrapped up the week with another fine member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Ozzie Newsome. Ozzie was a great tight end for the Cleveland Browns 1978-1990, and upon his retirement, was the NFL's all-time leading receiver among tight ends.

I got an autograph ttm from producer lou scheimer who produced the archies, ghostbusters shera, fat albert cartoons and many more plus an autograph from shaq as well today!

And He-Man, Rob....don't forget about He-Man!!!! One of the very best cartoons of all-time.

Today's work mail brought me a nice little surpirse from one of my FAVORITE atheltes of all-time: the 1982 Heisman Trophy winner from the University of Georgia, Herschel Walker. Herschel is so beloved in this state still after all these years, and he BEAUTIFULLY signed this 8x10 for me.

I actually got a ttm today! I came home to find this sweet signed pic of, Austrian tennis player, Barbara Schett waiting in my mailbox. This was an e-mail request from back in December.

I got a cool response ttm from wrestler fred curry. In the height of his wrestling career it is told that he could do 15-20 dropkicks within seconds.

Absolutely HUGE mail day today! First, a signed 8x10 of current University of Georgia head football coach, Mark Richt. Mark is, in my opinion, the classiest coach in college football. He's a humble winner, and a gracious loser. Next, a signed 4x6 picture of Pro Football Hall of Famer, Chuck Bednarik. Chuck was a linebacker and center for that great Eagles NFL Championship team of 1960, and was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1967. And finally, 2 signed cards and a hand written letter from Notre Dame All-American cornerback, Clarence Ellis. Clarence was an All-American in 1971, and was a standout safety for the Falcons from 1972-1974.

Damn guys...great stuff !!!!!!!

After an absolutely horrible day of work at the probation office, the mail box brought me a little bit of joy; the autograph of the 1963 British Open champion and World Golf Hall of Famer, Bob Charles.

Today's mail brought another one of my customs. 13abc morning traffic reporter, Jena Lento.

After a 242 days I got back this Peter Cullen TTM...(The voice of Optimus Prime) I am just a sucker for Transformers and was so happy to get this back... unfortunately I made the mistake of sending it in a top loader at the time which I stopped doing months ago and he signed the top loader...but it will look nice behind a matted frame...I may try him again...but not sure if I have the patients for that...I still love it...a true child hood legend in my eyes from one of my favorite shows as a child in the 80's...

So this guy on another autograph group that I am a member of asked me if I wanted to trade away my I.C.P. pics that I posted earlier in the week. I responded by saying, "Sorry, not interested in trading." To that, he replied" Your loss". Really? How is it my loss that I don't want to trade something that I just added to my collection? Especially when it is something that I have wanted for a long time! Plus, I've seen what he gets in on his Youtube channel. Nothing but printed out computer pages and third string college football players that he won off of Listia! I told him that it was a pretty dick thing for him to tell me that it was my loss just because I didn't want to trade my stuff. If anything, it would be my loss if I did trade! Sorry that this isn't really ttm related, but you guys are my buddies and I just had to vent my frustration!

I added a couple of more to my 13abc project that I am working on.

First, former evening news anchor, Susan Ross Wells signed my card. I was afraid that I wasn't going to get this one back. After I had printed up the card, I learned that her last week on the job was the week before! So, basically, I sent a shot in the dark! Lucky for me, the station forwarded her mail!

Secondly, I received my card back from, Chief meteorologist Jay Berschback. He also enclosed 2 signed photos of his own! Sweet!
