And I added an new G.L.O.W. Girl to my collection, Envy from the tag team Soul Patrol also played Lady Soul on POWW. Unfortunately, she signed my GLOW pic on the back, so this one will be listed on Listia.

I have received some great auto's these past few weeks.  I will break them up.  Sorry for the lengthy posts' - I just have not had time to show them off.

First is my Notre Dame collection.  Three Heisman winners (I sent a photo to each and a donation to Hornung & Huarte), - Lujack, Hornung - he also included his own small photo, him throwing the ball - & Huarte - he wrote "Thanks H.E." on my request letter & hand wrote a thank you letter.  Very awesome!  I also sent two index cards to all of them, except Hornung" for my two son's and they each signed them for my boys - Huarte personalized them.  Also received a photo from Ara Parseghian, Mike Brey & Ron Powlus.

I ended the week pretty decent. I did get a RTS from Dan McGuire, but I also got my premier issue of GLOW magazine back from Susie Spirit and 1 of 1 from Bob Trumpy!

Wow, guys! Been away on vacation the past 10 days, and I have really missed out on all these great returns! Robert, The Walking Dead are fantastic to their fans in person and through the mail. That series is filmed a lot here in the Atlanta area, and the folks I know that go watch it filmed say the actors and actresses are all so very nice. Russ, you've been straight killing it! Randy Cross will in my opinion, be a Hall of Famer someday - 3-time All-Pro, 3-time Super Bowl champ. Jeff, Adam - great classic autos from old school stars of sports and Hollywood. Thanks for sharing!

Came back from vacation to find these gems in the mail. Start off with Fernando Hernandez. Fernando played with the A's in 2008, and is a nice young prospect in the Blue Jays organization. Then I got a nice score with John Douglas. John was the creator of the FBI's Criminal Profiling Program, and was the chief of the Investigative Support Unit for many years. Through the profiling skills he and Robert Ressler developed over many years of interviewing some of the most notrious criminals minds in U.S. history, Mr. Douglas has assisted in solving many of the toughest investigations the FBI has ever faced.

Tony - The Clark took 2 months and 9 days.  I sent him two cards.  He signed one and kept the other.

Jeff- ahhh Ok I sent him 3 cards and told him to keep one or two, I have several TTM's Out and nothing back

Today I got 2 of 2 from George Bevan. Not only did he signed my cards, but he also included a nice note to me and my son thanking us for writing and added that he likes to sign autographs for fans! How sweet is that?!

Robert and Jeff, Herschel is pure class. He is great through the mail, but it takes a little time. Sometimes up to 6 months! He travels a ton, attends dozens of shows, and holds private signings a good bit. He just finished a private signing here in GA 2 weeks ago. Those are good if you have an oversized item or something heavy and expensive, like a helmet or jersey. Met him on many occasions. Got him TTM a few times, too. Congratulations!

One TTM today and a freebie from a former GLOW wrestler.

I came home to find a signed copy of Queen Kong's book in my mail. I had ordered, and received, a copy a couple of months ago. She must have forgeotten that she sent it and sent another. I was going to send it back,but she personalized the book to me.

I also received 3 of 3 from Ron Kittle.

Got my cards backs unsigned from Marty McSorely today with a form letter saying that he won't sign for free at his home address. All correspondence needs to be sent to the Kings along with a check for $5 per item (card, pic, puck, etc.) made out to the Cayuga Improvement Foundation. If you want Marty to supply the pic, its $10. It also says "Do not send jerseys as they will not be signed".

I got an autograph ttm from rita moreno and a return to sender from peter weller. That is a bummer russ!

Received some excellent success this week - Mike Heath, Tom Kelly, Al Kaline, Herschel Walker & Ben Roethlisberger.

Hey Jeff, I got Mike Heath in person a few years ago, and you saw my post on Herschel a few days ago. Both guys are class acts all the way. E-mail me and I'll tell you what Mike said about Mark McGwire.

Got this nice Justin Leonard in today's mail. Justin was the 1997 British Open champion, and is a legend in Ryder Cup competiton.

Received today in the mail a signed 1966 Keith Lincoln card and a signed IC.  Keith played for the AFL's San Diego Chargers and should be considered for the Pro Football HOF.

Fraidy's mail brought sigs from Mike Liberthal, Dan Majerle, Phil Nevin, and Jody.

Saturday gave me Walt Terrell and Randy Martz.

I got an autograph ttm from bill engvall today! At a flea market i picked up autograph pictures of greg the hammer valentine for 10 bucks and shawn michaels for 15 bucks.

You're absolutely right on the Jody Reed signature. I looked him up on Yahoo imagaes and his signature doesn't look a thing like his ttm. Which makes me wonder who the heck he thinks that  he is thinking that his signature is so valuable that he has to have it ghost signed. Those cards went right in the trash!

I got a return to sender of sorts from john rhys davies who says he does not sign note cards ttm.

Today, i got my card back, unsigned, from Bert Blyleven. His people sent along a price list saying that it will be $20 to sign my card. No thanks. If I am going to spend 20 bucks to get a card signed, its going to be in person so that I can see it actually getting signed by the guy.

I did receive 2 of 2 from Terry Robiskie and 2 of 4 from Rich Karlis.

Today, I received 4 of 4 from Brett Bodine and my signed poster that I ordered from Daniel Colby-Cushman from American Pickers.

Today, I got 2 of 2 from Bruce Baumgartner.  Bruce is one of my all time favorite Olympic wrestlers! Not only is he a multiple medal winner, but he is also one of only 8 Olympic athletes to medal in 4 different Summer Olympic games!

Today's mail brought 6 of 6 signed American Gladiator cards of Mike Adamle. I also got 1 of 4 from Kenny Lofton.

I got 4/4 cards back signed by WNBA star Lauren Jackson, and she threw in a surprise with them

Pretty good mailday today. First off, I got my poster signed by BG James. He also signed 3 trding cards that I sent along. I also got Jeff Kunkle on 4. I originally sent him 2 and he added the extras! Dan Gable signed 2 of 2. And, the big disappointment, Cat Osterman didn't return my trading card, but instead sent an index card. I don't collect index cards, so this one will go on Listia.

Nice haul, Russ! I always liked Monty Sopp's role as Billy Gunn, but he kind of lost me during the whole "Billy and Chuck" stuff.

Today's mail brought me 2 of 2 from the 1982 Master's champion, Craig Stadler.

Finished up the mail week on a bright note,  I got 4 of 4 from Don Majkowski, 3 of 3 from Carl Zander and Tim Biakabatuka, and 4 of 4 from Andre Reed!

I got an awsome autograph picture from mickie james from her website! I only paid 5 bucks and still got it signed which is awsome!

Rob, Mickie James is as good as they come. She was so nice in-person a couple of years ago when I met her. Great to her fans.

And Russ, what's your secret to Andre Reed? I wrote him a year ago and have not heard anything. It's so weird how I score with some folks and others don't, yet I can't even crack the door open just a little with some other celebrites that you guys hear from all the time! :)

I guess that I'm just lucky with Reed. But I know what you mean. People have been telling me that they have been getting Cat Osterman to sign their cards and I ended up with an index card. These same people are reporting getting Danica Patrick in and mine have been out since the end of last Nascar season and nothing! I feel your pain!

@ Russ, I had success with Danica Patrick, but she only signed my photo sent (not cards) and she signed "Danica" only, which I am not complaining. It was a 6 month wait, just be patient.
