One ttm today, but It was a good one! "The Living Legend" Bruno Sammartino signed my LJN wrestling superstars poster!

I got a form letter back from fred haize where he charges 50 dollars for one autograph or 100 bucks for 3 for charity. I will have to pass for know!

I ended the month on a pretty good note. 3 ttms!

First, Gloria Gaynor signed 2 of 2 for me.

Hale Irwin is up next. He signed 2 of 4 and didn't return my other 2. At least I got something back! Thanks to Jeffery Kite for the assist!
Finally, Nick Vitucci signed my Toledo Storm puck. Nick is the current head coach of the Toledo Walleye and played goalie for the Storm in the 90s! I was stoked to get this one back!

First mailday of the month and I got 2 ttms!

First, former Oilers defensive end, Ray Childress signed 1 of 2. He sent back my other card unsigned.

Glad I could be of assistance on that Hale Irwin! Forgot to tell you guys about my pre-Thanksgiving pick up. Mr. John Hadl, former AFL and NFL legendary quarterback for the Chargers, Rams, Packers, and Oilers. He led the AFL in passing in 1965 and 1968 as a Charger, and later guided the Rams to the 1974 NFC Western Division title. Threw for 33,503 yards and 244 touchdowns. Why this man is not in the Pro Football Hall of Fame is beyond me.

First,I received 5 of 5 from Kevin Miller.
Sterling Marlin was kind enough to sign the 4 cards that I sent to him.

Former beach volleyball player, Jeff Rodgers signed 4 of 4.

"Thunder" Dan Majerle signed 3 fo 4. He didn't return my other card.

Finally, former CEO of Domino's Pizza and owner of the Detroit Tigers, Tom Monahan signed a bookplate that I sent to him. I'm going to put it in my copy of Pizza Tiger.

Got this nice autographed 8x10 of 2-time U.S. Open and 2-time British Open champion, Ernie Els, in today's mail.

"The King" Richard Petty signed 2 of 2. My UpperDeck card got pretty smudged, so I think that I'll send him another one so that I can get a clean sig. Pro Golfer, Kirk Triplett signed this index card for me. I found these different sports stickers while we were going through stuff at my Dad's along with the index cards. I didn't want to throw them away, so I put them to good use!

Got 2 photos back signed and inscribed for me and my son from Rod Stewart.

I got the return of an empty envelope from grace park!

Ended up with a RTS from, former boxer, Dana Rosenblatt today.
I did, however, get a nice lot of signatures that made up for it!
First, Rives McBee signed my index card and sent 2 extras of his own. Classy!

Hassan Jones signed one for me and I ended the mailweek with a great signeature from Walter Davis!

I got autographs ttm from nora greenwald and bob eubanks today!

Kind of took it on the chin with requests today. I got a rts from Junior Johnson and my card returned unsigned for a request to carla Garret c/o Weightlifting HOF. They said that they didn't have a way to get in contact with her. I thought that this was strange because I'm sure they didn't just enshrine her willy nilly. The least they could have done was just RTS it instead of wasting my return envelope!
I did get one good one today though. Former U of A track coach, Dave Murray signed cards fro me and my son, wrote us a nice note and sent Jake a magazine! I'm probably going to send the magazine back to him for an autograph!

My son, Domenik received a Christmas card from, MWO wrestler, Stuntman Mike today!

Today's mail brought me another PGA legend - Champions Tour star, Jay Haas. Jay was not the greatest player while he was on the PGA Tour in his younger days, but his resume would impress anyone. He made more cuts on Tour than anyone ever in the history of golf, 592 of them. And when he made it on to the Champions Tour after turning 50, he has gone on to win 3 Senior majors so far. A fantastic all-around player, in my book.

Good thing that I had to take some mis-delivered mail to my neighbor today. I found one of my SASEs laying on the sidewalk outside of my mailbox! Author, Lorna Barrett signed my postcards. She even included one of her own signed on the back. The cool thing is that she signed each card with her different pen name!

Got this beauty in this morning at my office, 3-time Wimbledon and 4-time U.S. Open tennis champion, John McEnroe. He was one of my favorite childhood sports figures. Brash, confident, would tell you he was going to beat you down in front of millions of people, and then go out and do it. Amazing autograph! So happy to have this one.

Couple of bummer returns today. First, I got a RTS for Carrol Spiney. The address that I used came back as a success in October, but some one wrote "Please Return To Sender" on my envelope. It kind of looked like his hand writing. Maybe he's getting bombarded at home. I'll try him at work. The second was a huge disappointment. I wrote to Dee Snider at this address listed on his website: P O Box 321 Paupack PA 18451-0321 USA My card came back unsigned along with my LOR in my return envelope. No explaination or nothing.

Received my President Bush 43 photo back unsigned with what appears to be an auto pen. I'll admit, i was greedy on this. 2-3 years ago, I sent him a photo of him and I and he returned it signed. I was hoping to get another one for my office! Is this in fact an auto pen?

I did get some pretty sweet successes to go along with my 2 failures today.
First, 1968 Olympic gold medalist, Bill Steinkraus signed 1 of 1.
Next, Detlef Schrempf signed 1 of 2.

Finally, former GLOW girl, Melody Trouble Vixen "MTV" signed my copy of GLOW magazine and sent me a nice Christmas card and an extra signed 8x10 of her own! Sweet!

Ryan, this looks like GW Bush's autograph, as it matches up perfectly with the same consistancies and flow as mine, but without really looking at it in person, it's tough to tell. JSA will give you a thumbs up/thumbs down for $5 at any one of their show appearances. They'll put a non-serial numbered sticker on your item that they call the "Stamp of Approval" if you ever want it checked out. Look on their website to see when they'll be in your area. Russ, what do you mean by LOR? Don't think I have ever seen anyone use that abbrevation before, and glad you some goodies today.
